The company’s BHAG (Big Hairy Audacious Goal) is to become a world leader in hydrogen mobility by producing 200,000 “StackPacks” - their pre-validated and pre-integrated hydrogen systems- per year by 2030, for use by manufacturers around the globe.
Today, they are an international team of 500 employees of 20 nationalities with a global presence in 5 countries on 3 continents, and still counting…They’re in the hyper-growth phase!

We are looking for Fuel Cell System Architect to join their team in France.
System Analysis: translation of functional specifications into technical ones, development of technical and functional solutions in accordance with safety specifications, definition of necessary components adapted to technical constraints, and implantation environment.
Development of control, diagnostic, and safety architectural models for fuel cell systems in close cooperation with the designated product architect (technical diagrams, functional size measurements)
You will be the technical referent for this project, taking over the cost analysis and technical specifications permitting the mechanical integration within the system
Implementation of system dimensioning and validation of control system and subsystems (Matlab models)
Writing and upgrading System Requirement Specification (SRS) documents
Key deliverables:
Definition of System Architecture
Building a validation plan
You hold an Engineering degree specializing in System Architecture
You have at least 5 years in the conception of architectural systems and development of project scope statements
Experience with control systems and modelisation
You have a good technical level of English
You have verifiable experience in the elaboration of risk analysis and V&V plans applicable to the automotive sector
You’re known for your leadership qualities, as well as your degree of autonomy and your negotiation skills.
