Would you like to join the technological revolution in automotive electrification and e-mobility? Are you up for the challenge?

We are looking for a Lead Hardware Design Engineer who will be based in France (Paris or Lyon) to join the R&D team’s HW Department and lead the hardware development of the On Board Charger/Inverter. You will be responsible for the HW deliverables in order to ensure the project’s success.

What you’ll do

Review customer requirements and HW architecture proposed by the HW architect

Plan and oversee the HW development activities in accordance with the project development plan and request (Resources, Equipment, Budget control..)

Manage the HW engineering team responsible for design and testing

Assist the team with calculations, simulations, and acceptance tests pertaining to conversion design and modulation/control

Achieve product robustness by ensuring standard applications while considering financial objectives

Prepare all HW Design Reviews and Project Status reports

Here’s the experience and the “Nice to have”

You have a background in Automotive Electronics, with 5+ years in Power Electronics Hardware Development

You have experience in Power Conversion (DC/DC, PFC, LLC converters, Power Switching technologies)

You have great communication skills and love the magic of collaboration

You have an analytical approach and a strong drive for results

You are proactive and have a solution-driven mindset

You thrive in a fast-paced environment!
