ABOUT THE JOB

• Manage daily Credit Control and administrative tasks, like customer Masterdata maintenance and payments processing.
• Serve as the go-to person for internal customers and suppliers, handling tasks in the AR mailbox.
• Keep an eye on the aging receivable balance and reconcile receivable accounts.
• Challenge current processes with a critical mind and suggest improvement ideas, including task automation.
• Draft processes and best practices for the department.
• Conduct financial analyses and reports.
• Contribute to financial projects, such as creating IT tickets and follow-up.
• Support and coach colleagues on the AR Team.

ABOUT YOU

• Minimum of 5 years in an AR department or a similar role.
• Solid knowledge of accounting and financial statements, with a Working Capital mindset.
• Extensive experience in Credit Collection.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Dynamic with excellent leadership skills.
• Curious and eager to learn in a dynamic, growing group.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Proactive in seeking improvements, process efficiency, and automation.
• Clear and concise written communication skills.
• Affinity with IT.
• Proficient in both French and Dutch; basic knowledge of English is a plus.
• Knowledge of SAP is advantageous; proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Office is essential.
